I was looking forward to the morning run. When it turned into an evening run, well I have conflicts too and will probably not make the official Golden Gate run, which is a bummer because the orginal idea of mornings runs in the first place started with Duncan and myself. No ill towards anyone involved - as you put it, the event itself got too big and seemed to take on a mind of it's own.

We at Veeam were really excited to get together with world-famous VMware evangelists, our dear customers, cummunity members and just those international Veeam Teeam members we only know by e-mails and Skype avatars, - and now it seems like someone wanted to be 'a little bossy' about non-commercial sport activity. Too much conversation, little more action. Come on, come on!

I still plan to run in the mornings - down market to water and then over to Fisherman's Wharf and back. If we just set a time to meet we could still do the morning run that we initially talked about. The earlier the better for me.
